The HLabs EQ169+ is a mastering-grade mono equalizer based on the 169 circuit topology, with increased versatility and performance - fully stepped controls, dual gain range (±5 or ±15dB), additional high-pass filter, two "presence" bands, secondary shelves frequencies & output gain. For all users who always dreamed about a Studer-based extended four-band EQ, it becomes a reality! Back in the day, EQing was the essential finishing step in ensuring the quality of the vinyl pressing. But it's also the final touch to the overall tonal balance of your track. With the EQ169+, HLabs taken inspiration from the circuit topology of the Studer console to create the perfect master, bus or track tone-shaping tool.
