Product Description

Vienna Symphonic Special Edition Vol 2 Strings Plus is the ideal expansion to the Special Edition Vol. 2 Strings, featuring additional articulations of the Chamber Strings and Appassionata Strings included in the Special Edition Vol. 2 Strings section.

As a user of the Special Edition Vol. 2 Strings you may quickly and conveniently add articulations you may be missing. These samples are not included in the Special Edition Vol. 2 Strings, but have been specifically selected for this Volume. For example, while the Chamber Violins’ articulations in the Special Edition Vol. 2 Strings include staccato, détaché, sustained, sforzato, tremolo, pizzicato, legato and portamento, the PLUS Volume supplements these with the addition of the following articulations: Short détaché, fortepiano, snap-pizzicato, half and whole tone trills, Repetition Performances (legato & spiccato), fast repetitions (150, 170, 190 bpm), and artificial harmonics (staccato & sustain).

Please note that the Special Edition Vol. 2 Strings PLUS contains some Matrices that resort to Patches from the Special Edition Vol. 2 Strings. The prior installation of the Special Edition Vol. 2 Strings is therefore required in order to load these Matrices.
