Product Description
A fresh percussion instrument that takes its cues from the beat of the city, Sonuscore Fragments - Modern Percussion combines snippets of organic sounds to generate refreshing and complicated, low-key rhythms and beats that work well in both cinematic, ambient, and experimental contexts alike. Capture the unpredictability of human nature with deep randomization options, unlocking limitless variation to your rhythms. Fragments makes it easy to determine new sequences or subtly fill in the gaps and make a tremendous cacophony of chaotic slaps, ticks, and kicks. And all the Sonuscore way, with the turn of a knob.
INNOVATIVE PERCUSSIVE ATMOSPHERES
Fragments is built from sounds that aren’t typically found in your standard percussion library. Each sound was recorded in twelve round robins and up to five velocity layers, with an FX and randomization engine that gives the feeling of a truly human touch.
INTRICATE RHYTHMS MADE EASY
Each beat generator features a sequencer with two randomization features: one lays out the initial pattern and the other shakes it up with every turn. It also includes control over the Density feature that fills out the sound and adds hits of varying velocities to every silent step.
LAYERS UPON LAYERS
Each layer of the engine functions off its own five layers that you can turn on and off, or customize the sound further by allowing the engine to randomly select sounds and panning position.
JUMP-START THE CREATIVE PROCESS
From bread and butter to cinematic and experimental, Sonuscore have designed a vast array of presets to get you started. From over 100 presets, begin your percussion journey the right way.
POWER IN SUBTLETY
With Fragments - Modern Percussion's ingenious controls, it's surprisingly simple to create a unique, intricate sound.
- FX PAGE: Use the master compressor and reverb to tie the sounds together, while still maintaining independent dynamic and filter controls over each slot
- USER SCREEN: Drag-and-drop your own sounds to add to the mayhem and define the Density and Tone MIDI controls
