Product Description
Is your computer limited in the type and number of ports you need? Sonnet Technologies Echo 6 USB-C 5GbE Multi Hub expands a single 10 Gbps USB-C or Thunderbolt port into a complete workstation — adding 10 Gbps USB ports, 4K 60Hz HDMI display support, and 5Gb Ethernet networking. A dedicated USB-C power input supports up to 100W pass-through, delivering up to 85W Power Delivery to your computer.
4K 60HZ HDMI DISPLAY SUPPORT
Ideal for productivity, creative work, meetings, and streaming, Echo 6 USB-C Multi Hub supports a 4K 60Hz HDMI port, enabling you to connect an HDMI display or projector for sharp visuals and smooth video playback.
EVEN FASTER 5G ETHERNET
The built-in 5 Gigabit Ethernet (RJ45) port supports a 5 Gbps link over Cat 5e or better cabling, helping you unlock faster wired performance without installing new network infrastructure. You will realize considerable performance gains — 500% the speed of Gigabit Ethernet! — ideal for large file transfers, NAS workflows and low latency networking. If your network or storage system doesn’t support 5Gb Ethernet, Echo 6 USB-C Multi Hub has you covered; 2.5 Gbps, 1 Gbps and 100 Mbps link speeds are also supported.
10 GBPS USB NVME SSDS AT FULL SPEED
Echo 6 USB-C Multi Hub features two 10 Gbps USB-A ports and one 10 Gbps USB-C port that support 10Gb USB NVMe SSD drives at full speed. Of course, you can also connect printers, microphones, thumb drives, web cams, memory card readers, and more.
CHARGE YOUR LAPTOP OR TABLET AT THE SAME TIME
Many laptops and all iPads don’t include dedicated power ports. Echo 6 solves this by supporting USB-C Power Delivery passthrough — simply plug your device’s USB-C power adapter into the hub. The Sonnet hub accepts up to 100W input and delivers up to 85W to your laptop, reserving power for connected devices. Even without an external power adapter, the hub can operate in bus-powered mode when connected to compatible Thunderbolt or USB4 systems.
