Sequential Prophet XL 76-Key Synthesizer

Product Description

Introducing the Sequential Prophet XL — a 76-key version of the acclaimed Prophet X synthesizer. Originally designed by Dave Smith, this powerful hybrid-synth combines sampling and synthesis to create a ground-breaking new instrument.

Advanced Sampling Technology

Prophet XL uses 16 voices with two independent stereo-sampled instruments per voice to create hyper-realistic sampled instruments. Packed with over 150 GB of “deep sampled” content from 8Dio, Prophet XL offers a diverse collection of acoustic and electronic instruments, as well as plenty of edgy ambient and cinematic effects. And if that’s not enough you can download additional sample packs, or import your own custom samples using 50 GB of additional internal storage space.

Shape your samples with innovative loop manipulation, sample stretching and sound-sculpting modulation functions, or tweak your tone using built-in high-pass and low-pass filters.

Powerful Dual Synth Engines

Prophet XL uses two high-resolution digital oscillators to create nearly endless timbral possibilities. Choose between classic or supersaw waveshapes, or manually dial in your desired wave shape using the intuitive Shape Mod control. Create dynamic, evolving soundscapes using syncable LFOs, loopable envelope generators, and a 16-slot mod matrix with dozens of modulation sources and destinations.

Enhanced Effects

Prophet XL uses vintage 24 dB-per-octave resonant low-pass filters to craft synth tones full of character. Bring your patches to life with a powerful dual effects engine packed with multiple reverbs, delays, chorus, phase phase shifter, flanger, vintage rotating speaker, distortion and more.

Superb Playability

Prophet XL features 76 semi-weighted premium-quality keys with velocity and channel aftertouch for premium playability. The built-in polyphonic step sequencer provides up to 64 steps and up to 6 notes per step, allowing you to create bouncing arpeggios with ease.
