Sennheiser AMBEO Smart Headset - White

Product Description

The Sennheiser AMBEO Smart Headset are headphones for iPhone with 3D audio recording capabilities, high fidelity sound and the ability to tune in or tune out the sounds around you.

Connect AMBEO Smart Headset directly to the Lightning port on your iPhone, hook each earpiece around your ears and listen to your music or videos with stunning quality – no setup, charging or pairing required. The earpieces are fitted with professional quality omnidirectional microphones for binaural recording that capture the sounds of your environment in 3D, just like your ears hear them. These microphones also enable the Transparent Hearing and Noise Cancellation features that allow you to blend the sounds of your surroundings with your music or tune them out.

Use AMBEO Smart Headset to effortlessly add 3D immersive sound to the videos you already create and share everyday on iPhone. Listen back to these recordings through any pair of headphones to experience 3D sound with lifelike depth and relive the feeling of the original experience.

Capture the World as You Hear It

Record videos on your iPhone using AMBEO Smart Headset to capture the emotion of your experiences, wherever you are in the world. The visuals recorded with your iPhone camera show what you saw, but sound recorded with AMBEO Smart Headset allows anyone to hear from your perspective and be a part of the experience. Whether you’re traveling the world, at a concert or at home, the videos you already create and share on iPhone every day will come alive like never before.

If you are wearing the AMBEO Smart Headset and have it connected to an iPhone, you are ready to record high-quality 3D audio. Simply open up any App that can record audio such as Apple’s Camera App and press record. The AMBEO SMART HEADSET will automatically be detected, bypassing your iPhone’s built-in microphone.

High-tech meets convenient simplicity

Simple and easy to use, the AMBEO Smart Headset delivers all of the convenience and simplicity of a mobile device. Featuring Apogee’s proprietary Soft Limit and mic preamp, plus precisely tuned A/D and D/A conversion, and an Apple MFi-certified Lightning connector, the headset integrates seamlessly with all compatible Apple iOS devices. A version for Android will also be available at a later date.

Situational Awareness & Active Noise Cancellation

The earpieces of the AMBEO Smart Headset possess a unique feature called Situational Awareness. Using the rocker switch, you can either make the outside noise fade into your personal program, which lets you stay safe when you are on the street, or you can deploy the active noise cancellation, blocking out your acoustic environment to chill and enjoy your music undisturbed. Situational Awareness also works when you are recording or making a call and can, of course, also be turned off.

Everything you want from a headset

Aside from its unique 3D audio recording capabilities, the AMBEO Smart Headset is also a high-quality pair of in-ear headphones. The AMBEO Smart Headset delivers on the exceptional sound quality you expect from Sennheiser and provides ultimate comfort thanks to a special ear hook design, while the extremely stable in-ear fit minimizes structure-borne noise. An additional built-in microphone lets you take calls and operate voice control on your iOS device.
