The Schoeps CMC 3 is a compact, lightweight microphone preamp designed to pair with Colette modular capsules, offering pristine sound quality, low self-noise, and exceptional clarity, making it ideal for both studio and field recording applications. It is designed for 12 V power only. It is identical to the CMC 5 minus one resistor. It has a 30 Hz, 12 dB octave roll-off filter.
