Product Description

The PreSonus Tricomp is the ultimate 3-band compressor. Finalize your mix or add brilliance or punch to frequency-rich signals with this three-band compressor plug-in with automatic threshold and ratio settings, plus a relative control for the low and high bands and switchable attack and release controls. The secret weapon for Studio One mix engineers the world over, Tricomp also features State Space Modeled Saturation control to add analog grit to your sound for even more tonal sculpting. A long-time favorite of Studio One users, Tricomp is now available for use in other DAWs in VST3, AAX, and AU formats!

ANALOG WARMTH FOR THE DIGITAL AGE

Thanks to state-of-the-art State Space Modeling technology, it is possible to model analog circuits on a per-component level. It is also possible to model the specific non-linearity within these components, which results in even more realistic digital models of analog circuit behavior. This is why Tricomp’s Saturation control so accurately captures the character and personality of legendary analog hardware.

GET THE SET

Tricomp is available standalone or as a part of the Analog Effects Collection, an amazing suite of five modulation, delay, distortion, and dynamics effects available for the first time in VST3, AU, and AAX format. The Analog Effects Collection includes five fan-favorite plug-ins previously available only in Studio One, PreSonus' award-winning digital audio workstation. In addition to Tricomp, you also get Analog Chorus, Analog Delay, Rotor, and Red Light Distortion. These plug-ins represent the pinnacle of PreSonus’ plug-in design, art, and craftsmanship. With State Space Modeling technology and a brand new look and feel, the Analog Effects Collection is the perfect complement to PreSonus’ acclaimed Ampire, Fat Channel XT, and Fat Channel Collection add-ons, and a great addition to every plug-in library — and if you’re a PreSonus Sphere member, it’s already in your account.
