Equipped with a rugged metal head basket and internal foam windscreen, PS-1 is designed to withstand the blood, sweat, and tears of life on the road, not to mention the added protection against plosives and moisture. The heavy-duty cast body helps prevent unwanted handling noise, and keeps the electronics safe from rough-and-tumble tours.

PS-1 features a built-in -18 dB pad switch for accommodating powerhouse vocalists and karaoke night at the bar. A low-end roll-off switch helps prevent rumble, while a high-end roll-off switch can be used to reduce wind-noise during outdoor performances.

PS-1 utilizes a supercardioid polar pattern, offering ideal rejection from stage-bleed and allows for minimal feedback from live monitors. The PS-1 also works great with in-ear monitors—providing crystal clear vocals that easily cut through even the densest mixes.
