The Neve Elements 1084 EQ is an 8-channel standalone analog processor with digital control featuring classic Neve 1084 inductor-based three-band EQ circuitry. The 1084 is the favorite sound of the legendary Neve Sound City 8028 console - eight channels of unmistakable Neve console EQ! With three switchable EQ bands, a reimagined frequency palette and optional narrow or wide Q settings, the Neve 1084 offers unparalleled sonic versatility.

THE SOUND OF YOUR FAVORITE RECORDS

The 1084 features the same EQ design as the original 1084 used on countless records. The selectable high shelf EQ can be set at 10 kHz, 12 kHz or 16 kHz — perfect for adding shimmer and sheen to acoustic instruments. The midband is perfect for carving out space in busy mixes and adding warmth and grit to instruments with fixed frequencies at 350 Hz, 700 Hz, 1.6 kHz, 3.2 kHZ, 4.8 kHz and 7.2 kHz. One of the most unique features of the 1084 is the selectable Hi-Q feature on the midband, which produces a narrow Q shape for precise control. The low band is perfect for fattening up tracks with tight, punchy lows using fixed frequencies at 35 Hz, 60 Hz, 110 Hz, and 220 Hz. Clean up your low end with a dedicated high-pass filter, selectable at 45 Hz, 70 Hz, 160 Hz and 360 Hz. Or give your tracks a dark lo-fi vibe with the dedicated low-pass filter, selectable at 6 kHz, 8 kHz, 10 kHz, 14 kHz and 18 kHz.
