Product Description
The Mogami Pure Patch 1/4" TS to RCA Cable features include a stranded center conductor, with two layers of Mogami's signature shielding for dead silent background, low capacitance for extremely neutral tone, while polymer encapsulated connectors make this cable remarkably durable. 1/4 TS Plug is heavily Nickel plated for very long life, while the RCA is gold plated for corrosion free connection in this low contact-pressure connector.
Mogami Pure Patch Professional Audio Unbalanced 1/4"-to-RCA Adapter Cables are amongst the finest quality patch cords available for high definition applications. Known worldwide for amazing clarity and superb noise rejection, Pure Patch Cables are wired with Mogami’s patented Neglex conductors, the same cable used in virtually every major recording studio.
For outstanding durability, Mogami Pure Patch Unbalanced Audio Adapter Cables are equipped with molded connectors and feature a nickel-contact 1/4" TS male plug and a gold-contact RCA male plug. Ideal for use with turntables, keyboards, mixers, speakers, and countless other devices, Mogami Pure Patch Adapter Cables are equally suited for unbalanced line-level audio in any direction: 1/4" TS output to RCA input or RCA output to 1/4" TS input (use 1 cable for mono, 2 for stereo).
Engineered to be very neutral and detailed, Mogami Pure Patch Cables feature an exclusive 75-ohm coaxial cable design with Neglex super-flexible oxygen-free copper (OFC) conductors and polymer encapsulated terminations for extremely low capacitance and reliability.
The Mogami Philosophy
Mogami has a clear-cut philosophy. Design cables that offer the most accurate signal transfer possible. This may seem like a logical goal, but in fact many cable companies alter the signal for what they perceive to be the 'best sound'. The problem with creating this unnatural distortion is that it permanently alters the signal flowing through the cable. The distortion may make a particular piece of equipment sound better at one frequency but worse at another. The essence of the original signal is lost forever.
There is no single magic bullet for cable design. Superior design is a mix of conductor material, dielectric, conductor and shield geometry, jacket stiffness, along with fanatical dedication to manufacturing quality. Only technical expertise combined with years of experience can result in the kind of performance that transcends the ordinary.
