The Meyer Sound Amie 2.1 Studio Monitor System provides everything you need to equip your studio with a high SPL, low noise 2.1 monitoring rig. The system is comprised of five of Meyer's renowned Amie active nearfield monitors which feature a proprietary bi-amplified Class D design, advanced DSP, and a linear sound. The LFE channel is handled by a single Amie-Sub compact subwoofer capable of a flat frequency response down to 25 Hz. Install the 2.1 Integration Input Module into the Amie-Sub to integrate it as part of a bass-managed system with 2.1 channel inputs and two loop outputs over XLR connectors. To top it all off, Vintage King has your connectivity needs covered by providing all of the necessary cables from our Project Series line.

The Meyer Sound Amie studio monitor is a compact, high-performance loudspeaker designed for critical audio workflows where accurate translation to larger systems is a requirement. Amie traces its lineage to Meyer Sound’s Acheron screen channel loudspeakers, sharing core technology that makes it ideal for film, broadcast, music, and game postproduction. Amie is equally suited for both stereo and surround monitoring in small- to medium-sized rooms, and is the perfect solution for facilities where the destination is a larger production room. With its flat frequency response, Amie accurately reproduces source material at different listening levels and with its power-to-size ratio can make your edit room sound like the mixing stage.

The linear, self-powered Meyer Sound Amie-Sub compact subwoofer offers outstanding sonic characteristics, such as clean, punchy transients and excellent phase coherence with impressive low-frequencies down to 22 Hz in a compact cabinet. The Amie-Sub was specifically designed to be the perfect companion for Amie precision monitors—creating a complete system by extending the system frequency response down to the lower limit of the audible range with easy integration in multi‑channel configurations. Extensive research and measurements resulted in the creation of Amie-Sub integration modules to produce a consistent behavior across multiple configurations and environments.

2.1 INTEGRATION INPUT MODULE FOR AMIE-SUB (QTY: 1)

The Amie-Sub 2.1 integration module produces a seamless integration with the Amie precision studio monitors. This system is a quickly deployable, nearfield monitoring solution for post-production editorial and music. It features two input channels over 3-pin XLR-F connectors plus an LFE XLR input. There are two XLR-M loop output connectors. The LFE switch adds +10 dB of gain and the LFE + Bass Management knob provides -6 dB to +6 dB attenuation or gain. You can bypass the module's signal processing via the Bass Management bypass switch.
