A military grade vacuum tube for fantastic tone. Finally, high resolution capacitors and a precision wound output transformer for exceptional performance and clarity.

More gain, more SPL, more choices...

With approximately 8dB higher output than typical studio condenser microphones you won't need to rely on expensive preamplifiers to achieve great sound as less gain from the preamp is required. Plus, two attenuation choices reduce amplitude by 10 or 20 decibels allowing you to record sources up to 140 decibels! If fact, reviewers have stated they were unable to distort the Horizon. Or use the attenuation feature to get more character from your preamplifier and less from the mic. These features help you achieve superior results on a large variety of instruments and voices.

Features & specifications:

28.25mm large diaphragm capsule

Circuit: Vacuum tube transformer balanced

Internal shock mount

Type: Pressure gradient condenser

Military grade vacuum tube

Polar Pattern: Cardioid

High resolution capacitors

Freq.
