Product Description
Authentic vintage sounds come in twos with the Heritage Audio i73 PRO EDGE: two authentic analog preamps, two headphone outputs, two DIs for easy collaboration, and more. This 12-in/16-out USB-C interface immediately stands out from the crowd thanks to its genuine analog preamp inspired by classic British tones circa ‘73. Whether you’re looking for subtle hints of mojo and warmth or crunchy vintage drive, the i73 PRO EDGE has all of that in a compact and no-fuss audio interface that plugs straight into your computer.
VINTAGE SOUND, CONTEMPORARY CONVENIENCE
The i73 PRO EDGE comes stocked with the very same circuitry as Heritage Audio’s full-fledged 73-style preamps, offering up to 70 dB of smooth, buttery gain for vocals, guitar, and more. The best part is that no routing or daisy chaining is required—if your computer has a USB-C input, then you’re ready to inject the sounds of ‘73 into your tracks.
VERSATILE INPUT OPTIONS
Making the most of its compact enclosure, the i73 PRO EDGE includes a wide array of input options to suit any time of tracking session. You have your classic XLR/line inputs for vocals or instruments, two dynamic JFET DIs for guitar and bass, and a MIDI input for connecting synthesizers and sequencers with ease. Need even more I/O? The i73 PRO EDGE features an ADAT port for expanding your studio.
MAXIMUM CONTROL VIA HERITAGE AUDIO’S MIXER
The i73 PRO EDGE offers unprecedented control and monitoring thanks to Heritage Audio’s MIXER software, which processes your audio with near-zero latency and lets you handle your outputs independently from your DAW. You can even monitor your headphone signal and load native plug-ins straight to the software so you can stay on top of your entire workflow. It’s all powered by the i73 PRO EDGE’s superior DSP, which handles even the most demanding sessions without breaking a sweat.
