Focusrite Scarlett 18i20 USB Audio Interface - 3rd Gen

Product Description

With 18 inputs and 20 outputs packed into a compact 1U rack-mountable chassis, the Focusrite Scarlett 18i20 3rd Gen is the most ambitious USB interface Focusrite has ever created. Take your recordings to the next level with eight world-class preamps, cutting-edge converters, and four monitor outputs with built-in talkback functionality.

BIG, BOLD SOUND

Featuring 10 analog inputs, the Scarlett 18i20 is big enough for even the most demanding recording sessions. Equipped with eight class-leading preamps, eight balanced line inputs, and two high-headroom instrument inputs, the Scarlett 18i20 has everything you need to record a full band—including drums, bass, guitars, synthesizers, vocals and more. All eight preamps are equipped with pads and a switchable Air setting, based on the original Focusrite ISA preamp. Daisy-chain a second interface using the ADAT connection for up to eight additional inputs.

FLEXIBLE MONITORING

Capture crystal-clear recordings and mixes using the Scarlett 18i20’s groundbreaking AD-DA converters, capable of delivering pristine sound at sample rates up to 24-bit/192 kHz. Reference your mixes on multiple sets of monitors using four dedicated monitor outputs with anti-thump speaker switching technology. Six additional line-level outputs make adding analog signal processing a breeze. Expand your I/O even further with up to eight additional input channels via ADAT.

Create custom mixes for multiple performers using two independently controlled headphone outputs. Quickly monitor any combination of hardware input and software playback channels using a pair of virtual loopback inputs.
