Studio 1 at the new EASTWEST STUDIOS (formally United-Western) is one of the best sounding percussion recording studios anywhere. It is very similar to the top Hollywood sound-stages, but with a more refined sound. The studio has one of the best mic collections in the world, and rare vintage recording equipment that is sonically superior to any I have used previously. Digital transfers were done through very expensive Meitner converters.

I got access to some fantastic percussion collections and purchased everything I could. I even contacted Remo and had them build me the largest floor tom ever built (42"x42" +legs)! As a teenager, I remember seeing Mickey Hart playing some gigantic Remo rack toms with the Grateful Dead. That sound always stuck with me. SD1 had a cool patch called "Thunder Ensemble". This was six musicians hitting large drums in unison in a warehouse. SD2 has the "Earthquake Ensemble", which is eleven musicians hitting huge, large and sometimes smaller drums in unison in EASTWEST studio 1.

EASTWEST STORMDRUM 3

Featuring huge cinematic drums and percussion from around the world, you won’t find a collection as complete as Stormdrum 3. Designed for film and game composers looking to create bombastic and thunderous percussion, Stormdrum 3 delivers more power than you could ever ask for. And even when you want subtle, tame, more ambient drums and metal hits, it places all of this and more in your arsenal.

EASTWEST HOLLYWOOD FANTASY PERCUSSION

Hollywood Fantasy Percussion provides a full suite of thunderous, mystical struck, and shaken instruments to complement even the most epic soundtracks. While they’re well-suited to most orchestral scores, they shine in combination with the rest of the Hollywood Fantasy palette. There is no shortage of bombastic drum libraries available, but there has never been a percussion library specifically designed for scoring epic fantasy soundtracks.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:

MacOS 10.13 High Sierra and above

Windows 7 and above (64-bit only)

Intel, AMD, or Apple Silicon CPU

16GB RAM or more (32GB or more recommended)

Plugin Formats - AAX Native, AU, VST2, VST3, and Standalone

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0658/8848/5479/files/eastwest-cinematic-percussion-bundle-electronic-delivery_479549_1.jpg?v=1787096539
