Re-voiced around Dynaudio's next generation waveguide, the BM12 mkIII has been designed around highly efficient hand-crafted neodymium drivers, providing faithful transient response and an SPL of 123 dB for larger listening environments.

Double neodymium magnet system with vented pole piece for accurate driver control. Large diameter voice coil surrounds the magnet for superior linearity. Aluminum voice coil former and wire are low mass so transient response is quick and accurate. Diaphragm and dust cap are moulded as one piece in patented low-mass, highly rigid Magnesium Silicate providing unrivaled accuracy.

Specifications

System: Two-way Active Nearfield Monitor

Frequency Response (+/- 3 dB): 38Hz - 21kHz

Input level for 85 dB SPL @1m: 123 dB

Power consumption: Idle: 15 W / Max: 130 W

Amplifier power: Tweeter: 50 W / Woofer: 100 W

Resonance Frequency: 40 Hz

Bass Principle: Bass reflex

Crossover Frequencies: 1500 Hz

Crossover Slope: 6 dB/oct

Tweeter: Esotec 28 mm/1.1“ soft dome, Rear chamber, Magnetic fluid, 4 mm alu front, Pure alu wire voice coil

Woofer: 200 mm/8”, One-piece molded poly-prop cone, 75 mm/3” kapton voice coil, Neodymium magnet

Weight: 12.5 kg / 27.5 lbs

Dimensions (W x H x D): 234 x 369 x 328 mm / 9.2” x 14.6” x 12.9”

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0658/8848/5479/files/dynaudio_bm12_mk3_front_8a1509cc-2d0a-45b6-9e06-e77edba28016.jpg?v=1787090294
