Product Description
The Dangerous D-BOX+ is a ground-up, dramatic redesign of the award-winning controller and summing mixer that provided countless studios the superior sound and versatile control of an analog mixer, all in just one rack space. The newly designed 8-channel summing circuit provides Dangerous Music’s bold and clear sound with its enormous soundstage, precision panning, powerful bass, articulate mids, and ultra-clear treble. Also new for the D-BOX+ is USB audio and robust Bluetooth connectivity, allowing both wireless streaming from any device and remote control of all major functions via any current Bluetooth-enabled computer, tablet, or phone. Remote control will be especially helpful during multi-room tracking sessions, allowing engineers to open and close a talkback channel, select from the five unique inputs, and to control the volume of all outputs from anywhere in the studio. Two powerful, ultra-clear headphone amps deliver inspired sound to any cans, and each amp can receive any input source at the push of a button on either the front panel or from within the D-BOX+ app. The programmable speaker selectors allow up to three pairs of monitors, and you can configure those outputs to include a sub for full-spectrum listening or to operate in mono to examine phase and get a "reality check" perspective. You can also choose to control the sub independently on the third output. The onboard DA converter will deliver the honest truth to the most discerning mixing and mastering engineers via USB, SPDIF or AES. As with all Dangerous Music products, the D-BOX+ incorporates audiophile-grade components and build quality throughout for decades of flawless performance, and it is made with pride in the USA.
