celestion-g12m-heritage-8-ohm
Celestion G12M Heritage 8 Ohm

The original G12M of the 1960s was Celestion's first guitar speaker to use a ceramic magnet and paved the way for high power guitar amplifiers. The Celestion G12M Heritage uses a medium weight magnet to produce a sound that is smooth and warm but bright enough to hold its own against any rock backline. Known simply these days as the 'Greenback', the G12M's fabled 'brown tone' is characterized by a warm, controlled low-end, a rich, vocal mid-range and a delicate, detailed top-end. Loaded into a 4x12 and driven hard, these speakers exude warm, crunchy chords and sweet searing single-notes.

Specifications:

Nominal diameter: 12 in, 305 mm

Power rating: 20 W rms

Nominal impedance: 8Ω

Sensitivity: 96 dB

Chassis type: Pressed steel

Voice coil diameter: 1.75 in, 44.5 mm

Voice coil material: Round copper

Magnet type: Ceramic

Magnet weight: 35 oz, 0.99 kg

Frequency range: 75 Hz - 5 kHz

Resonance frequency, Fs: 75 Hz

DC resistance, Re6: .57Ω and 12.13Ω

Mounting Information:

Cut-out diameter: 11.1 in, 283 mm

Diameter: 12.2 in, 309 mm

Magnet structure diameter: 5.9 in, 150 mm

Mounting slot PCD: 11.7 in, 297 mm

Number of mounting slots: 4

Overall depth: 5.1 in, 130 mm

Unit weight: 7.9 lb, 3.6 kg

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0658/8848/5479/files/celestion-g12m-heritage-8-ohm_32802_1_16623f0f-8e9e-48d5-a844-56dee4737cd4.jpg?v=1787091767
