Product Description

The Audio-Technica Pro-Drum7 Bundle includes a core selection of five microphones specifically engineered for kick, snare and tom drum applications, along with two microphones ideal for drum overhead miking. The PRO-DRUM7 pack gives you a complete set of drum microphones for live performance and home recording.

All of the microphones in the pack – one PRO 25ax hypercardioid kick drum mic, one PRO 63 cardioid snare mic, three PRO 23 cardioid floor/rack tom mics, and two AT2021 cardioid overhead mics – feature a low-profile design for minimum visibility and versatile placement options around the drum kit. They are engineered to handle fast transients and high SPLs, and deliver superior off-axis rejection.

Also included in the package are the specified clamps for each microphone, two 5/8"-27 to 3/8"-16 threaded adapters, and a hard carrying case with a die-cut foam interior to hold all microphones and accessories.

PRO 63 Features:

  • Tailored for use on snare drums
  • Cardioid polar pattern reduces pickup of sounds from the sides and rear, improving isolation of desired sound source
  • Hi-ENERGY neodymium magnet for improved output and transient response
  • Two-stage ball-type headcase for superior "pop" protection
  • Rugged design and construction for reliable performance
  • Includes AT8470 Quiet-Flex stand clamp

  • Low-profile percussion-style design with built-in adjustable stand mount
  • Included AT8665 drum mount allows the mic to be mounted to the rim of the drum

  • Extended response for smooth, natural sonic characteristics
  • Low-mass element for superb transient response
  • Rugged design and construction for reliable performance
  • Includes stand clamp
  • Pack includes a hard carrying case with die-cut foam interior
