Product Description
The Audio Technica ATH-M50xDS (Limited Edition Deep Sea) features the same coveted sonic signature as its predecessor, the ATH-M50, with the addition of three interchangeable cables. Proprietary 45 mm large-aperture drivers with rare earth magnets and copper-clad aluminum wire voice coils ensure a pure listening experience.
The Audio-Technica ATX-M50x professional closed-back studio monitor headphones are an updated version of their industry standard ATX-M50s. Just like the M50s, they were designed to accurately reproduce sound, and they do that - brilliantly - with the same sonic signature.
Their design has evolved to have a more robust construction than the M50s, and rather than coming with one hard-wired cable choice, they come with three cables you can swap out - a curly cable, a three-meter straight, and a 1.2 meter. For Audio-Technica recognized that their popular headphones are used not only in the recording studio, but also outside of it by many DJs, and by people who simply appreciate listening to a faithful reproduction of their favorite music with a super comfortable pair of headphones.
