Please read below for the official rules for the Vintage King gift card giveaway. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

This sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, if higher) at the time of entry, and who complete and submit the Vintage King survey sent via email. Employees of Vintage King, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, and their immediate family members and those living in the same household, are not eligible. The sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. You also agree to accept the decisions of Vintage King as final and binding in all matters relating to the sweepstakes.

Entries will be accepted online starting on or around October 10, 2026. The sweepstakes ends at 11:59 PM ET on November 9, 2026. Three winners will be selected on November 10, 2026 and announced on November 13, 2026 after they have been contacted and have responded.

Enter by completing and submitting the survey using the online form linked in the Vintage King survey email. Entries must meet all requirements to be eligible to win. Incomplete entries, or entries that do not follow these rules, may be disqualified at Vintage King's sole discretion. Limit one entry per person. You may not use multiple email addresses, identities, or devices to enter more than once. Entries made by fraudulent means, or that otherwise attempt to circumvent these rules, may be removed from eligibility at Vintage King's sole discretion.

Three winners will each receive a Vintage King gift card with an approximate retail value (ARV) of $1,000. The total ARV of all prizes is $3,000. Gift cards are subject to Vintage King's standard gift card terms and conditions. The specifics of each prize are determined solely by Vintage King. No cash or other prize substitutions are permitted, except at Vintage King's discretion. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be assigned to others or redeemed for cash. All prize-related expenses, including all federal, state, and local taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Vintage King to use the winner's name, likeness, and entry for advertising and trade purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winners will be selected in a random drawing supervised by Vintage King. They will be notified by email, at the address used to enter, on the day of selection. Vintage King is not responsible if a winner fails to receive notice because of spam, junk email, or other security settings, or because of incorrect or non-functioning contact information. An alternate winner may be selected, and the prize forfeited, if a selected winner:

• cannot be contacted,
• is ineligible,
• fails to claim the prize within three days of notification, or
• fails to return a completed and signed declaration and release in time.

Receipt of a prize is conditioned on compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY A WINNER, AS DETERMINED BY VINTAGE KING IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, WILL RESULT IN THAT WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS A WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

By entering, you grant Vintage King, anyone acting on its behalf, and its licensees, successors, and assigns the right, where permitted by law, to use your entry without further notice, review, consent, or compensation. This includes the winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, statements about the sweepstakes, and biographical information. These may be used in any media now known or later developed, worldwide and in perpetuity, for news, publicity, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes.

Vintage King may cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the sweepstakes, in its sole discretion, if a virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond its control affects the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the sweepstakes. In that case, Vintage King may select winners from all eligible entries received before and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken. Vintage King may disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the sweepstakes or website, or who violates these rules.

To maintain the integrity of the sweepstakes, Vintage King may void entries for any reason. Reasons include, but are not limited to:

• multiple entries from the same person using different email addresses or IP addresses,
• multiple entries from the same device beyond what these rules allow, or
• the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other automated means of entering.

Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil laws. Vintage King reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Vintage King and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors. This release covers any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from:

• (i) your participation in the sweepstakes and/or your acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize;
• (ii) technical failures of any kind, including malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software;
• (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmission, telephone, or internet service;
• (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the sweepstakes; or
• (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the sweepstakes or the processing of entries.

THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF MICHIGAN, WITHOUT REGARD TO CONFLICT OF LAW PRINCIPLES. As a condition of participating, you agree that any disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and any causes of action arising out of or connected with this sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Michigan. In any such dispute, you may not obtain awards for, and you waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including attorneys' fees, other than your actual out-of-pocket expenses (such as costs of entering the sweepstakes). You also waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
